Summary: We loved the location, couldn't be closer to Camden Yards. It's a great neighborhood and a terrific spot for a ballgame (as long as you only have 4 people who can share the 2 larger beds). The couch was listed as a pull-out, which is not true. Since there was no sleeper sofa, we had to use the daybed/trundle. We found that the daybed was rickety and uncomfortable, and the trundle was borderline unusable based on how thin/wiry the mattress was. we ended up using the couch cushions from downstairs as a makeshift bed on the floor rather than use the trundle after the first night. Overall, for people who can use just the two main beds, this is a great take for location and classic Baltimore row homes. Don't recommend using for more than 4!
