The location alone is a winner, Next door to the Sabal Chase neighborhood pool , Plus, a bonus short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square where you'll find delicious restaurants and bars, shops, and Free Nightly Entertainment. The brand new AC and heat are a nice touch, ensuring comfort year-round. And who wouldn't love a gas golf cart to explore the area. The outdoor amenities, like the new BBQ grill, Gravity style lounge chairs, and screened lanai, make it perfect for enjoying the pleasant surroundings.
The interior is spacious and well-designed, with vaulted ceilings adding to the open and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, and comfortable living room make it a great space for entertaining or just relaxing. The primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom is a luxurious retreat, and the attention to detail with a handicap-accessible low bowl sink and walk-in shower is very thoughtful.
The two guest bedrooms cater to various needs, from a high-quality queen bed to a flexible twin to king trundle daybed. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
