The amazing pool and spa were just completed in October 2017 and boasts a fully automated system and can be heated for $200/wk. Spa heating if included. This home has a flat screen TVs with cable in each bedroom and the living room. The home features 2 Master Bedrooms! There is a King bed in the newly added master suite, a Queen bed in the original master suite, an additional Queen bedroom and 2 Twins in the 4th bedroom. This is the perfect home for your next vacation. There is so much to do in Scottsdale Arizona and Old Town Bungalow is centrally located for all your needs. We are only 4 minutes to the famous Old Town Scottsdale for the most amazing restaurants and shopping you can find. We have thought of everything you will need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Whether you are coming for golf, spring training, Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Open, Arabian Horse Show, Celebration of Fine Art, Food and Wine Festival or to enjoy the fantastic Arizona winter and spring sunshine and perfect temperatures. We have owned and operated vacation rentals in the valley for over 7 years. Spring Training: We are just 7-10 minutes from Scottsdale Stadium, Salt River Fields and Sloan Park and 15-17 minutes from Hohokam Stadium and Tempe Diablo Stadium.
