Summary: We had eight (8) in our group, a mix of adults, older kids and younger kids. We were able to share the spaces in the house for the most part, though the main area did need additional seating when we all wanted to watch a movie together. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I mean fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms had adequate space for our bags and things. There are two kayaks and two river floats under the deck. They were used constantly by our kids when they weren't fishing. The grill worked perfectly for burgers and brats. There are tons of DVDs and a basket of fun games. A few notes for future guests: house is about 5 min away from Dollar General, 20 minutes from Food Lion, 25 min from local Brewery/Coffee house and restaurants, 10 Min away from Mexican restaurant and boat rental (on the public side of the lake). A few things could have made the trip more enjoyable: (1) Information upfront about the linens (I didn't know linens weren't included until I read the first review two days before we left). (2) How to lock and unlock the front door. We had the hardest time getting that lock to work. (3) Where to put trash at the end of the stay (and a much bigger trash can), and trash pickup schedule. (4) Faster responses to messages/inquiries. Would we go back? Definitely, most definitely.
