This immaculate villa is in Edgewater, a prestigious gated community located on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. The most discriminating guests, who insist on total and complete comfort and luxury, you will find almost everything provided. This stunning third floor home is direct waterfront and has been superbly decorated with the fine quality furnishings, elaborate appointments, posh bedding.
As you enter into the condo your fully equipped kitchen is on your right. There is plenty of counter space and a full open pantry for all your needs and supplies. A grocery caddy is provided to help with all your bags of groceries. The kitchen counter has a Keurig or a 12-pot drip coffee machine, blender that chops/mixes, toaster and cordless phone w/ answering machine. Laundry room with new washer and dryer is off the kitchen along with a drying rack. The lovely dining room seats 6 comfortably and additional seating is at the kitchen counter or breakfast nook. Your evenings will be enjoyed by all with the 55" HD TV with a DVR and a smart DVD player. Bring your access codes to watch your Hulu, Netflix or listen to Pandora. There are plenty of movies and books to enjoy in the reclined sofa and loveseat. Also provided is a variety of board games/cards for all ages to enjoy.
The king suite located off the family room has a walk-in closet, large dresser along with a 43" HD TV. The attached bathroom has two separate sink vanities, deep jetted tub and large newly remodeled tiled walk in shower. Hairdryer provided.
2nd large king suite which is located on the opposite side of the family room has its own vanity, walk-in large closet, 36" HD TV, large dresser and clock radio with single docking station.
The third bedroom has two XL twin beds to fit those adults that need that extra length. This bedroom also has closet space along with a dresser with plenty of drawers. A clock radio with a single docking station provided along with a 36" HD TV.
All three bedrooms have the beautiful view of the intercostal and pool. A 2nd full bathroom is located by the two bedrooms which includes a hairdryer and a large storage closet for all your personal items. It even has a drying rack for your bathing suits.
Off the living room is the screened and carped lanai with a ceiling fan. It has magnificent views of the quiet private saltwater pool/spa and waterway. You can watch the yachts work their way to and from the ocean waters.
Your 3rd floor condo is right next door to the club house with exercise equipment, card tables, big flat screen TV, fireplace and restrooms. Outside the clubhouse is a private saltwater pool/spa. There are three grills along with plenty of tables and lounge chairs. Store your golf clubs or bikes in the storage area that is right beside your personal parking space in the garage parking area. This storage space has beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler with wheels, and beach towels for you to use while visiting our condo.
Take advantage of the free shuttle that will take you to the beach which is only 1 ½ miles away or ride it over to Barefoot Landing where you will find 100 festive shops and restaurants along with weekly fireworks. You also have access to the XL swimming pool at the Barefoot resorts high-rise condo that has lots of activity. Plan to bring your bikes for miles of walking and biking paths within the resort.
