Included in this four bedroom home are 2 full baths, bright and airy kitchen with a dishwasher, and separate dining and living areas. An enclosed porch along the lakeside of the house is a wonderful addition to the amenities, along with the private deck in the back and the 4.8 acres you have all to yourself. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a sleigh style queen bed. Two twin beds are in the second room. Two other bedrooms upstairs along with full bath and Jacuzzi tub.
Across the road sits a picturesque scene with 100 feet of frontage on Little Traverse Lake, with enough space for family picnics and recreational activities. The screened in cabana is freshly remodeled to match the house. They have a 14 ft row boat and a new 16 ft canoe to enjoy on the lake!

Summary: I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday and engagement with my close friends. When I had a question I called the owner and she answered right away and was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again!
