You are welcome to EVERYTHING the Barnegat Bay has to offer. Enjoy your morning sunrises and star struck evenings in our quiet lagoon front home amidst a boater’s paradise. Head to one of the area beaches or boardwalks, kayak or crab from the back door. Truly enjoy life at the Jersey shore for everything it has to offer.
The layout: first floor includes full kitchen amenities, living room, 1 full bathroom (tub), 3 bedrooms, and opens to backyard patio with 60’ dock frontage with outdoor shower. Second floor boasts the best views of sunset on the balcony, spacious separate living area with kitchenette, large bedroom, another full bathroom (shower) and washer/dryer.
Things to do: enjoy walking or bicycling around Green Island’s secluded bay front community. Kayak or SUP from the dock down any number of the lagoons, or enjoy the waterfowl in the nearby marshes. The association beach is 0.2 mi walk from the house, which includes a gated playground for children with adult supervision. There is a clubhouse as well. The private, “adult” Point bay Beach is 0.4mi from the house and sitting areas, beach yoga and views of Chadwick Beach, Shore Acres yacht club, and Seaside Bridge. Ortley beach(12mi) seaside heights boardwalk(11mi) point pleasant beach boardwalk(13mi), Lavallette(12mi): Island beach state park(17mi) Outlet shopping(19mi), six flags great adventure/safari park/hurricane harbor (17mi).

Summary: Always wanted to rent a house in a bay community. We brought a boat and family for the week. We lucked into a few warm days. We enjoyed the sheltered harbor (Sandpiper Bay), the birds and architecture. We enjoyed the proximity to Island Beach State Park. We really like the beach at Green Island point. It was a great and relaxing stay.
