Summary: Easy to communicate with the owner, quick response. The home is as described and pictured. Great bay view and constant breeze, pretty sunsets. A bit tricky with the Jack & Jill bathroom if you’re traveling with a family as there’s only one other full bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, close to stores.
