New Ownership with Players Club access available. We have also freshened up and added amenities for this lovely, 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, pool home on a public golf course in Lely Resort. We have recently resurfaced the pool, added new pool furniture cushions and beach towels along with newer bikes, pack and play, and highchair, for families to use and enjoy during their visit. Falcons Glen is a small, non-gated neighborhood with a community pool and spa. Lely Resort and this home is conveniently located very near the intersection of N. Collier and Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41) that is within 15 minutes of both Marco Island and 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples, giving great access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
