Two private balconies, one with a BBQ, offer great spots for morning coffee or après-ski relaxation. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, with the primary including an ensuite and cable TV. Additional comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, a large mudroom for gear storage, and one free underground parking space.

There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. Summary: This is a super nice, well appointed condo. It is clean and stocked with everything you need. The decor is nice and we were super comfortable. There are fans if you are hot and lots of blankets if you are chilly. The beds are really comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. Property service company was awesome to deal with and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. The location is great. Right next to grocery and liquor stores so very convenient.
