The Space:
This 1 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is an ideal place to relax after a fun day out on the slopes or enjoying the surrounding nature. And with two sleeper sofas, this condo can accommodate up to 5 making it perfect for an intimate trip with your closest loved ones.
As you enter the home you will be greeted by a comfortable and stylish space with an open kitchen and living room area creating a lovely dynamic room. Just to the left of the front door is the living room, a well-decorated and inviting space for your group to relax in. And, with a large sectional couch and a smaller couch, both doubling as pull-out beds with the large sectional pulling out to a queen-size bed and the smaller couch pulling out to a twin-size bed. The living room provides plenty of seating and sleeping options for guests! The room features updated hardwood floors and a rug under the coffee table adding warmth and character to the space. Relax on one of the couches while you enjoy a movie on the 50” Samsung Smart TV which is situated on top of a lovely wood entertainment center providing additional cabinet storage if needed. Or warm up by the gas assisted/wood-burning fireplace that is located in a lovely stone hearth as you take in the views out the sliding screen door. Step outside the sliding screen doors and enjoy the views over Deer Valley Resort and the surrounding mountains. From the patio, you can enjoy the view over the ponds near Deer Valley Loop as you relax in the two patio chairs.
Back inside you will find the kitchen connected to the living room over the kitchen bar which features three bar stools for a convenient dining option. The well-equipped kitchen has tiled flooring, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the basic appliances and cookware to prepare a delicious meal. Directly off of the kitchen area, you will find a half bathroom conveniently located for shared use with a single-sink vanity, toilet, and a washer and dryer.
Further down the tiled hallway, you will find the condo’s full bathroom. This roomy bathroom features lovely stone flooring and a single-sink vanity with an extended countertop, a large mirror, and ample storage from drawers and under the sink cabinet on the vanity. The bathroom also includes a shower and jacuzzi tub combo.
At the end of the hallway, you will find the master bedroom, a well-decorated, spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed, a 40” TV, matching nightstands with lamps, and a bench in front of the bed. The room features a lovely dresser and a large closet providing plenty of storage space for guests to unpack. The bedroom includes a sliding screen door that leads to the private outdoor patio, a nice feature that allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your bedroom. The chairs and small table on the patio area provide a place to sit and relax while you enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo including the private outdoor patio. Guests will also have access to one free on-site parking in the parking garage. Note the parking garage is for standard-size vehicles with a clearance height of 7'1. To access the parking garage use the north entrance of the building where you can park in any open space, no parking permit is required.
The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. Located within a 4-minute walk to Snow Park Lodge and other ski lodges at Deer Valley Resort, you are minutes from world-class ski runs, exciting mountain adventures, and entertainment options in the Deer Valley area. During the summer months enjoy a concert at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater or explore the luxurious lodges, resorts, spas, and dining areas that abound in this area. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience! When you are ready for a city adventure the Main Street Historic District is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bus ride away where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.
Getting Around:
This home places you in the heart of Deer Valley and situates you within walking distance from the base of the ski resort and its Silver Lake chair lifts. This condo is on a FREE shuttle line, that will take you directly to the nearest ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort -- your gateway to some of the best ski runs in Park City. Jump onto the FREE Park City Transit bus system at Courchevel stop, just a two-minute walk from the condo, and be easily connected to Park City and the surrounding areas including Park City Mountain Resort for more skiing fun. Take the 10-minute bus ride to the historic downtown Park City and enjoy the breweries, restaurants, shops, galleries, and festivals in the area. Once in downtown Park City, the FREE Main Street Trolley is a charming way to explore that area. Uber/Lyft is also always available.
