Welcome to 1831 Beachside Tennis! This 2br/2ba, 2nd floor villa offers a large wrap-around balcony giving guest a panoramic view of the sound from every room!
As you enter, the guest bedroom is to the left and offers two queens beds, 28" streaming TV and private balcony. The guest bathroom has tiled flooring, white cabinets, beautiful blue backsplash and a shower/tub combo.
Further into the villa you have the kitchen, living room and dining room all with views of the Calibogue Sound. The living room has a wicker sofa and matching armchair w/ottoman, rocking chair and 43" streaming TV with cable. The dining table offers seating for six and leads into the kitchen that has granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is off the main living areas and has a king bed, 43" streaming TV with cable and private access onto the main balcony. The private master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
You will love relaxing on the large wrap around balcony after a day at the beach or enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the waves or spotting the local deer!
Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, tennis, pickleball, dining, and shopping.
