The estate is easy to access by car and offers free on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. The driveway and surrounding areas are paved and level—ideal for large families or multi-car groups. Please note: No street parking or driving on grass is permitted.

For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May and September for an extra $100/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)

Summary: Vista Point Estate is great for a large extended family like ours. There's plenty of room to spread out but also many areas to come together: the deck, the game area, the pool/patio, dining/living room, fire pit. For the most part, communication was good, especially for the more important things, like when the pool pump did not come back on after a power outage. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The pool, pool table, and dock were all used extensively. We brought a motor boat and small sail boat and used both most days; we used the boat launch in the nearby park. On the not so good side, all the windows need a good cleaning, as do the decks. Some of the kitchen items also needed washed before use. We would recommend Vista Pointe Estate to any large group of family or friends!
